We are excited to finally unveil the RvR Tournament Statues! Not only do they look awesome, players who pay homage to them will be handsomely rewarded.

UPDATE: The Halloween Event has come to a close.

October is not just our favorite month because of the Anniversary, it's also Halloween! And that means haunted cities, candy and costumes, pumpkin patches in the Frontiers, and of course… the Pumpkin Moon!

Festivities begin Tuesday, October 14 2014 and will conclude Monday, November 3 2014.

Come Back to Camelot and Game Time Codes

Greetings all!

Today marks the beginning of our 13th Anniversary month. In celebration of our birthday, we have instituted the following Hot Fix notes on Ywain and Gaheris:

  • Players can visit the Royal Accountant outside their realm's Throne Room in the capital cities to receive the 13th Anniversary Housing Tapestry.
Albion characters can visit Traurig in Camelot for the trophy.

Friends and Realm mates,

In celebration of our 13th Year Anniversary, the Dark Age of Camelot team is pleased to announce our first-ever King's Tournament!

Sponsored by King Constantine of Albion, King Eirik of Midgard, and King Lamfhota of Hibernia, winners of the tournament will win their very own statue in-game, stylized after their character and placed in their realm's capital city!

Amazon Server Maintenance - Ywain Downtime

Update 10:33am EDT / 2:33pm GMT: Ywain is now back online.

Ywain will be coming down tomorrow, Friday, September 26th at 5:45am EDT / 9:45am GMT for Amazon server maintenance.

Downtime is expected to be less than 6 hours. We will update the Herald when the server is back online.

Hot Fix

A small hot fix has just gone up that should fix the issues with Keeps displaying texture-less wall-toppers at some upgrade levels.

With this fix, in order to login, players will need to run the patcher once to get the change; otherwise, an error will be seen when loading the game client.

Holiday Weekend Bonuses!

It's Labor Day here in the U.S.A, and In honor of the hard work done by, well, everyone everywhere - we are activating bonuses for this weekend!

Bonuses will begin now and end the morning of Tuesday, September 2nd. 

On Ywain:
100% bonus to normal XP gain in all classic zones and dungeons.
100% bonus to normal BP in all NF zones.
25% bonus to RP in all NF zones (including Darkness Falls and The Labyrinth)

On Gaheris:
100% bonus to normal XP gain in all classic zones and dungeons.
100% bonus to normal BP gain in the capital cities.
100% bonus to normal RP gain in the capital cities.

Character and Guild Search is Live!

We are pleased to announce that Character and Guild Search is now available!! Click on the Character and Guild Search Icon on the right-hand side of the Camelot Herald's main page to search for characters and guilds!!

At present, the search is limited to characters and guilds on Ywain, but we will be expanding the search functionality to include Archived Servers soon! We will update you when Archived Server search is available. 

Additionally, we are working toward adding Top Realm Point earners, Champions of The Realm, Top Guilds, and more Leaderboard options! Keep a close eye on the Herald for updates on these new features!

Please don't hesitate to leave feedback about the feature and submit requests for additional Character and Guild Search functionality!
