Chapter 9
You must be level 50 to start this quest line.This quest cannot be completed solo, you will need a group or more to complete Chapter 9, and must have completed all previous chapters. 

Walkthrough

Once you've completed Chapter 8, continue speaking with Nara Manastrong to obtain the quest: [Siabra]: Cornered the Queen.
Nara Manastrong requires your assistance in the Otherworldly Mag Mell.
Speak with Barrisa near Nara Manastrong who will teleport you to Mag Mell. 



Once teleported, speak with Nara Manastrong to complete this part of the quest.
Continue speaking with her to obtain the quest: [Siabra]: Aggressive Negotiations.
Nara Manastrong needs your help to negotiate with Queen Cliodna's Emissary of the Unseelie Court.
If things go bad, she has the troops ready to fight!



Approach and speak with Queen Cliodna's Emissary found south-west of Nara Manastrong.
Negioations will fail and Queen Cliodna will attack!
Queen Cliodna summons many mobs to aid in the fight, no area is safe!
Defeat Queen Cliodna then speak with her ghost to complete this part of the quest.
Return to Nara Manastrong to complete the quest.


Continue speaking with Nara Manastrong to obtain the quest: [Siabra]: To the Frontier?
Nara Manstrong needs you to venture to Tir na Nog and report to King Lug Lamfhota.
Speak with Barissa to port to Druim Ligen.
Once there, speak with the channeler to port to Tir na Nog.
In Tir na Nog, port into the throneroom and speak with King Lug Lamfhota to complete the quest, and obtain your cloak reward.
