Technical and Billing Support

The Customer Support Teams can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Players can email support@darkageofcamelot.com to request assistance with account, billing, technical, or other in-game issues.
 

Dispute

For questions about suspended, terminated or hacked accounts, please email us at dispute@darkageofcamelot.com.


Bug and Exploit Reports

Please file bug reports in-game using the /APPEAL <Brief Description of the Bug> and then choosing the [BUG REPORT] option and appropriate category on the next screen.

Once submitted, all bug reports go into a queue that our Quality Assurance team test, confirm, and pass on to our Development team. While each and every report is read and checked, please do not expect a response to your report.


Feedback

We love hearing your feedback and ideas, so we developed a tool for players to send their thoughts straight to us! The Dark Age of Camelot Feedback Form is the place to go to send in your suggestions, issues, and questions. While forms sent in throught the feedback tool will not generally get a response, we read and track each and every one.

Policies and Rules

If you believe you have witnessed a violation of the Rules of Conduct, please contact a CSR by submitting an appeal in-game. To reach them, type "/appeal <a brief description of your issue>" and then select the appropriate option.
