Resist Debuffs

Resist debuffs for the below classes have been reworked to now act as a triple resist debuff. This change is to enable more diversity in group makeups. The red 50% debuff, once cast, will now fire secondary debuffs as follows:

Cabalist:

  • Banish Conductivity (fires 40% Spirit/Body)
  • Banish Will (fires 40% Energy/Body)
  • Banish Immunities (fires 40% Energy/Spirit)

Spiritmaster:

  • Extinguish Capacity (fires 40% Spirit/Body)
  • Extinguish Spirit (fires 40% Energy/Body)
  • Extinguish Health (fires 40% Energy/Spirit)

Eldritch:

  • Void Dissipation (fires 40% Spirit/Body)
  • Void Spirit (fires 40% Energy/Body)
  • Void Hardiness (fires 40% Energy/Spirit)

Sorcerer:

  • Dreams of Winter (fires 40% Heat/Matter)
  • Dreams of Flame (fires 40% Cold/Matter)
  • Dreams of the Waste (fires 40% Cold/Heat)

Runemaster:

  • Vex of Ice (fires 40% Heat/Matter)
  • Vex of Flame (fires 40% Cold/Matter)
  • Vex of Earth (fires 40% Cold/Heat)

Enchanter:

  • Empower Cold (fires 40% Heat/Matter)
  • Empower Heat (fires 40% Cold/Matter)
  • Empower Matter (fires 40% Cold/Heat)

Bainshee:

  • Reverberating Scream – (fires a 40% Energy/Spirit debuff)

Warlock:

  • Malevolent Scourge – (fires a 40% Cold/Heat debuff)

Wizard:

  • Magma Melt – (fires a 40% Cold/Matter debuff)

All supplemental debuffs will have a duration of 12 seconds, not affected by duration modifiers. The following class changes are also included in this patch.

Class Changes

ANIMIST
 

  • Lowered the spell range of the AoE root in Creeping path as follows:

    • Level 18 – Entangling Spirit – from 1575 to 1500
    • Level 26 – Grasping Spirit – from 1655 to 1500
    • Level 34 – Constricting Spirit – from 1765 to 1500
    • Level 44 – Binding Spirit – from 1875 to 1500

ARMSMAN
 

  • Polearm styles Phalanx and Poleaxe snare duration has been increased from 15s to 19s

BAINSHEE
 
  • Bainshee Body debuffs have increased as follows:

    • Level 38 – Reverberating Shriek – from 20% to 30%
    • Level 48 – Reverberating Scream – from 30% to 50%

BONEDANCER
 

  • Increased the delve of the Darkness spec line DD damage as follows:

    • Level 1 – Stiffen Skeleton – from 24 to 25
    • Level 11 – Solidify Skeleton – from 58 to 61
    • Level 21 – Calcify Skeleton – from 112 to 117
    • Level 31 – Ossify Skeleton – from 141 to 148
    • Level 41 – Crystallize Skeleton – from 189 to 199

CABALIST
 

  • Cabalist RR5, Resolute Minion, now properly lasts 60s

CHAMPION
 

  • Acuity debuffs secondary ability now gives 15% more power back to the group for a total of 25%
  • Increased secondary ability of haste debuffs critical hit chance with both spells and styles (now 5%)
  • A new HP/AF group aura has been added to Champion’s Valor spec as follows:

    • Level 5 – Stoutness of Valor – 1%
    • Level 15 – Girth of Valor – 2%
    • Level 25 – Resilience of Valor – 3%
    • Level 35 – Vigor of Valor – 4%
    • Level 45 – Vitality of Valor – 6%

DRUID
 
  • Increased the delve of the Nature Affinity baseline DD, Tempest Winds, from 148 to 179
  • The following spells have been removed from the Druid Nature Affinity line:

    • Level 5 – Stoutness of Oak 
    • Level 15 – Girth of Oak 
    • Level 25 – Resilience of Oak 
    • Level 35 – Vigor of Oak 
    • Level 45 – Vitality of Oak

ELDRITCH
 

  • Increased the delve of the Light spec level 45 DD, Shadowdoom, from 209 to 219

ENCHANTER
 

  • Enchantment of Ice in the Enchantment spec line has been moved from level 16 to level 33
  • Lowered the power costs for the Enchantment spec DD as follows:

    • Level 4 – Dazzling Glimmer – from 10 to 4
    • Level 14 – Dazzling Flicker – from 17 to 10
    • Level 24 – Dazzling Shimmer- from 26 to 17
    • Level 34 – Dazzling Flash – from 35 to 22
    • Level 44 – Dazzling Beam – from 44 to 29

HEALER
 

  • Mezz Dampening has been returned to the Augmentation spec line as follows:

    • Level 16 – Calming Contemplation – 10% 
    • Level 26 – Calming Meditation – 20%
    • Level 35 – Calming Focus – 30%
    • Level 44 – Calming Concentration – 40%

HUNTER
 

  • A new standard shot has been added to the Archery line. This shot is not usable in groups
  • Level 49 – Standard Solo Shot – fires an arrow at the target for 191 damage

INFILTRATOR
 

  • Tranquilizing Miasma – Level 46 –  Reuse timer has increased from 1 minute to 2 minutes
  • Tranquilizing Gas – Level 18 – Reuse timer has increased from 90 seconds to 2 minutes 30 seconds

MINSTREL
 

  • Lowered the cast time for Minstrels Celerity and Range buffs from 3.5s to 2.0s

NECROMANCER
 

  • Spirit Bladeturn has been moved from level 15 to level 26 in the Death Servant spec line
  • The Aegis pet has had it’s resists moderately reduced
  • Increased the damage of the Necromancers Death Servant spec DD as follows:
    • Level 9 – Plague Burst – from 34 to 38
    • Level 19 – Plague Trap – from 68 to 76
    • Level 29 – Plague Torrent – from 122 to 135
    • Level 39 – Plague Barrage – from 148 to 164
    • Level 49 – Plague Surge – from 179 to 199
  • Lowered the instant snare in the Painworking spec line as follows:

    • Level 11 – Ice Bond – from 90% to 70%
    • Level 21 – Ice Cable – from 90% to 70%
    • Level 31 – Ice Chain – from 90% to 70%
    • Level 41 – Ice Bracelet – from 90% to 70%

NIGHTSHADE
 

  • Tranquilizing Miasma – Level 46 –  Reuse timer has increased from 1 minute to 2 minutes
  • Tranquilizing Gas – Level 18 – Reuse timer has increased from 90 seconds to 2 minutes 30 seconds

PALADIN
 

  • Increased the range of the pulse Celerity & pulse AF as follows:

    • Celerity:

      • Level 18 – Battle Fury – from 750 to 1500
      • Level 26 – Greater Battle Fury – from 750 to 1500
      • Level 32 – Battle Zeal – from 750 to 1500
      • Level 44 – Greater Battle Zeal – from 750 to 1500
    • Pulse AF:

      • Level 4 – Crusader’s Ward – from 500 to 1000

RUNEMASTER
 

  • Lowered the spell range of the AoE root in the Suppression spec line as follows:

    • Level 30 – Runes of Snaring – from 1655 to 1500
    • Level 39 – Runes of Tangling – from  1765 to 1500
    • Level 49 – Runes of Entrapment – from 1875 to 1500
  • A new critical chance pulse spell has been added to the Darkness spec line as follows:

    • Level 7 – Dusk Empowerment – 1%
    • Level 16 – Gloom Empowerment – 2%
    • Level 26 – Murk Empowerment – 3%
    • Level 36 – Freezing Empowerment – 4%
    • Level 45 – Runic Empowerment – 5%

SCOUT

  • Skalds Instant DD now gives 15% more power back to the group for a total of 25%
  • A new range buff has been added to Battlesongs as follows:

    • Level 3 – Gift of Ivar – 2%
    • Level 13 – Gift of Bjorn – 4%
    • Level 23 – Gift of Harald – 6%
    • Level 33 – Gift of Eirik – 8%

  • Lowered the Skald heal songs value as follows:

    • Level 1 – Simple Song of Rest – from  4 to 2

  • A new HP/AF chant has been added to Stormcalling as follows:

    • Level 5 – Minor Health of Thor – 1%
    • Level 15 – Health of Thor – 2%
    • Level 25 – Major Health of Thor – 3%
    • Level 35 – Empowerment of Thor – 4%

  • Increased cast time of all Wind Magic spec line air pets from 3.0s to 3.5s
  • Earthlord’s movement speed has been moderately reduced
  • Increased Earth Magic spec line DD as follows:

    • Level 5 – Rough Pebbles – from 17 to 19
    • Level 9 – Scratching Pebbles – from 35 to 39
    • Level 15 – Scuffing Pebbles – from 53 to 59

Bug Fixes

  • Mezz poisons now show the correct reuse timers in tooltips
  • Cloak of the Loyal Mauler now correctly procs Earth Strike at 35% chance
  • The Enchanter’s Freezing Enchanted Vest proc no longer reduces the Enchanter’s damage

Item Changes

  • Ghostly Hammer’s celerity proc will now co-exist with celerity potions
  • Ghostly Hammer’s weapon speed has been updated to 4.5
  • Anvil of Ice’s weapon speed has been updated to 4.5
  • Anvil of Ice is no longer class restricted


Other Changes

  • Doppelgangers should no longer drop Invader Seals. Current seals will once again automatically remove from inventory upon zoning or relogging.
  • The Currency Exchange merchants in each capital city now have a 5th store page where you can purchase the Platinum Ingot item for 100p. This item is tradeable, vaultable, and can be sold to any vendor for 100p.
