Highlights


  • Improvements to direct damage RA's
  • Light tanks no longer gain charge for free

Realm Abilities


Anger of the Gods
  • Damage has been increased by 50%
    • Level 1 - from 10 to 15
    • Level 2 - from 15 to 22.5
    • Level 3 - from 20 to 30
    • Level 4 - from 25 to 37.5
    • Level 5 - from 30 to 45

Charge
  • Charge is no longer free for light tanks

Climbing Spikes
  • Climbing Spikes has been removed from all heavy tanks

First Aid
  • First Aid has been reworked as follows:
    • Level 1: 25% heal, 10 minute timer
    • Level 2: 30% heal, 7.5 minute timer
    • Level 3: 35% heal, 5 minute timer
    • Level 4: 42.5% heal, 4 minute timer
    • Level 5: 50% heal, 3 minute timer
  • Characters trained in FA will have FA removed from their realm abilities and will be refunded those points

Ichor of the Deep
  • Damage has been increased by approx. 20%
    • Level 1 - from 150 to 185
    • Level 2 - from 275 to 343.8
    • Level 3 - from 400 to 500
    • Level 4 - from 500 to 612.5
    • Level 5 - from 600 to 725
  • Ichor of the Deep has been removed from Minstrels
  • Ichor of the Deep has been removed from Valkyries
  • Ichor of the Deep has been added as a trainable RA to Runemasters
  • Ichor of the Deep has been added as a trainable RA to Wizards

Negative Maelstrom
  • Damage has been increased by 50%
    • Level 1 - from 175 to 262.5
    • Level 2 - from 260 to 390
    • Level 3 - from 350 to 525
    • Level 4 - from 425 to 650
    • Level 5 - from 500 to 775

Static Tempest
  • Static Tempest has been removed from Runemasters
  • Static Tempest has been added as a trainable RA to Valkyries

Thornweed Field
  • Damage has been increased by 20%
    • Level 1 - from 25 to 30
    • Level 2 - from 50 to 60
    • Level 3 - from 100 to 120
    • Level 4 - from 175 to 210
    • Level 5 - from 250 to 300

Volcanic Pillar
  • Damage has been increased by 100%
    • Level 1 - from 200 to 400
    • Level 2 - from 350 to 700
    • Level 3 - from 500 to 1000
    • Level 4 - from 625 to 1250
    • Level 5 - from 750 to 1500

Wrath of Champions
  • Damage has been increased by 50%
    • Level 1 - from 200 to 300
    • Level 2 - from 350 to 522.5
    • Level 3 - from 500 to 750
    • Level 4 - from 625 to 937.5
    • Level 5 - from 750 to 1125


Champion Level Abilities


  • Champion Level Diseases (both Single Target and AoE) have had their range increased from 1000 to 1500

  • A root has been added to the baseline Spectral Guard line as follows:
    • Level 8 - Spectral Cords - 16 seconds
    • Level 14 - Spectral Bonds - 23 seconds

    • Level 27 - Spectral Restraints - 41 seconds
    • Level 32 - Spectral Bindings - 48 seconds

  • Sonic Barrier ability will now also affect the Bainshee

  • The fumble chance has been reduced as follows:
    • Level 21 - Nurizane's Blinding Gale - from 30% chance to 20% chance
    • Level 32 - Nurizane's Blinding Cyclone - from 50% chance to 30% chance
  • The duration of the Mauler dehaste spells have been reduced from 60s duration to 30s
    • Level 10 - Veil of Uncertainty

  • All Gift of Nethuni heals have had their heal value reduced by 50%
  • Fist Wraps styles changed as follows:
    • Wind Taker is now an opening for Gut Shot
    • Haymaker is now an opening for Phoenix Strike
  • Climbing Spikes has been added at 50 Magnetism
    • The debuff Shakey Legs has been removed from Climbing Spikes
  • The level 50 snare has been moved to level 49 to make space for Climbing Spikes

MENTALIST
 

  • Selective Blindness reuse timer has increased from 5m to 10m

MERCENARY
 

  • Dissolute Swings reuse timer has increased from 5m to 10m
  • Mercenaries can no longer cast Dirty Tricks while under the effect of Dissolute Swings and vice versa

PALADIN
 

  • The following spells have had their value reduced:
    • Aura of Protection - from 14 to 7
    • Aura of Deflection - from 19 to 10
    • Aura of Safety - from 24 to 13
    • Aura of Defense - from 30 to 16
    • Aura of Indestructibility - from 37 to 19
    • Aura of Invincibility - from 46 to 21
    • Aura of Salvation - from 56 to 24

REAVER
 

  • Stoicism has been added to Reavers

SPIRITMASTER
 

  • The Spiritmaster Warrior Pet intercept rate has been reduced from 60% to 40%

THANE
 

  • Thor's Reach duration has been reduced from 60s to 30s
  • The following spells have had their range reduced:
    • Thor's Lightning - from 1650 to 1600
    • Thor's Greater Lightning - from 1675 to 1600
    • Thor's Full Lightning - from 1700 to 1600

VALKYRIE
 

  • The following spells are now castable in combat:
    • Level 7 - Shieldmaiden's Aid
    • Level 12 - Shieldmaiden's Alleviation
    • Level 17 - Shieldmaiden's Redress
    • Level 22 - Shieldmaiden's Remedy

VAMPIIR
 

  • Fumble delve has been reduced to match Mauler
    • Level 21 - Vengeance of the Raven - from 30% chance to 20%
    • Level 32 - Wrath of the Raven - from 50% chance to 30%
  • Inferno VE DD is now at level 49
  • Self casted Determination spells have been added to the Vampiiric Embrace line as follows:
    • Level 21 - 8% CC reduction, 180s duration - Shadow's Will
    • Level 32 - 17% CC reduction, 180s duration - Shadow's Endurance
    • Level 39 - 30% CC reduction, 180s duration - Shadow's Perserverence
    • Level 47 - 46% CC reduction, 180s duration - Shadow's Spite
  • Mark of Prey now additionally grants the Vampiir and groupmates +20% melee and spell crit for 30 seconds

WARLOCK
 

  • Boiling Cauldron has been adjusted as follows:
    • Reuse timer has been reduced from 15m to 10m
    • A 30 second 50% bedazzle element has been added to Boiling Cauldron and is now unresistable. This new effect is a % chance to fumble melee attacks or miscast spells.
    • Number of targets to hit has been reduced from 16 to 8

WIZARD
 

  • Pet scare has been added to the Fire spec line at the following levels:
    • Level 9 - Fear Minion
    • Level 20 - Expel Minion
    • Level 29 - Intimidate Minion
    • Level 39 - Daunt Minion
    • Level 49 - Terrify Minion
 
Assassins

  • A 30 second internal recast timer has been added to snare poisons
    • When you swap from snare poison to any other poison you will now receive a red debuff as if you had CC immunity showing the time till you can next cast snare poison. During this time you may freely swap to any poison EXCEPT snare poison with the normal poison recast timer of 7 seconds.
  • All snare poisons for Assassins have had their duration reduced as follows:
    • Level 9  - from 4s to 3s
    • Level 29 - from 6s to 5s
    • Level 49 - from 9s to 7s
  • Added a 20% magic damage debuff to Swordbreaker (level 43 melee damage effectiveness debuff poison) and changed Swordbreaker to 20% to match
  • Blur has been moved to 40 Stealth
  • Overshadow has been moved to 39 Stealth
  • Safefall IV has been moved to 38 Stealth


Focus Shield

  • All Focus Shields have had a damage increase from 33.9 damage per hit to 70 damage per hit

Convoker

  • Dissonance Trap has had its duration changed to match the recast timer and is no longer affected by duration modifiers

 

Item Changes


  • Mauler Class Cloak matter debuff duration has been reduced from 45s to 25s
  • Winged Helm/Harps have had their style damage shield reduced from 75% to 50%
  • Icewind has had its cold DD proc increased from 105 damage to 200 damage
  • Ghostly Grandslicer has had its speed changed to 6.0
  • Ghostly Pole/Spear/Celtic Spear have had their speed changed to 6.0
  • Ghostly Dagger has had its speed changed to 4.5
  • Ghostly Skullstaff has had its use timers reduced
  • Ghostly Battle Chain is no longer wieldable in the left hand
  • Spiritmaster Curse sleeves have had their 5% Buff Bonus replaced with 3% Spell Pierce
