World


Economy Changes


  • Master Level tokens listed for sale on the Atlantean Glass merchants have been changed as follows:
    • Master Level 1 Encounter Credit – 3,000 glass
    • Master Level 2 Encounter Credit – 3,000 glass
    • Master Level 3 Encounter Credit – 5,750 glass
    • Master Level 4 Encounter Credit – 4,750 glass
    • Master Level 5 Encounter Credit – 3,500 glass
    • Master Level 6 Encounter Credit – 5,250 glass
    • Master Level 7 Encounter Credit – 4,000 glass
    • Master Level 8 Encounter Credit – 5,250 glass
    • Master Level 9 Encounter Credit – 7,000 glass
    • Master Level 10 Encounter Credit – 8,500 glass
    • Full Master Level Credit Token – 50,000 glass
    • These glass-based tokens can still be traded but can only be turned-in on Veteran (subscribed) accounts.
  • The cost of the master level tokens on Demyphon (the Bounty Point merchant) have not been changed.

Quests
 

  • The Bound Buggane Draught reward from the “[Monthly] Thank You!” has had its charges increased from 20 to 35.

Bug Fixes


  • (Pendragon Only) Fixed a bug when training champion level abilities that could prevent access to the last ability in a column, in some cases.
  • Veteran Reward Bounty Point scrolls are now properly awarded for years 6, 8, 10, 12, and 15.
  • The vanity Consignment Merchants from the Veteran rewards will now retain their look when picked up from porches.



Realm vs Realm


RvR Quest Changes


  • The following daily RvR quests will once again award realm points:
    • [Daily] For the Realm quest now awards 5,000 base realm points that can be modified by any active RP bonuses.
    • [Daily] Solo Road quest now awards 5,000 base realm points that can be modified by any active RP bonuses.

Bounty Merchant


  • The stackable realm point bonus potions, that are usable by both Veteran (subscribed) and Endless Conquest (free) accounts are now for sale on the Bounty merchants in each realm’s Relic town.


Class Changes


Item and Class Bug Fixes


  • The following updated King’s Champion Armors have had their too-high bonus levels corrected to level 50 or below:
    • Hunter’s Shadowhunter Leggings and Sleeves
    • Ranger’s Shrouded Mist Leggings and Sleeves
    • Mauler’s Boots of Iron Hide
    • Scout’s Leggings and Sleeves of Covert Defense
    • Vampiir’s Boots of Immortal Shadows
  • Armsman Dark Oblivion Vambraces now craft and delve as properly in Bountycraft.
  • Pictish weapons that still had level 41 procs and /uses have now been retroactively set to level 39.
  • Shaman’s Blight Surge and Rotting Undergrowth’s timers can no longer be reset on logout or zoning.
  • Shaman’s Blight Surge damage and endurance drain no longer pulse twice as often as intended.

Battlemaster Master Level


  • Power leak’s radius has been reduced from 350 to 150 radius.

CHAMPION
 
  • The power heal effect attached to their acuity debuff line of spells has been reduced as follows:
    • Surge of Mana – 30% group-power heal reduced to 10%.
    • Wave of Mana – 20% self-power heal reduced to 5%.
      • Wave of Mana is already attached to all level 35 and below versions of the acuity debuff.

HERETIC
 

Rejuvenation Specialization

  • The Fiery Strangehold instant snare line of spells has had its recast timer adjusted from 20s to 30s.
HUNTER
 
  • Hunters have been given a forced realm respec.
  • Mastery of Stealth is once again a trainable realm ability and is no longer granted for free.

MERCENARY
 
  • The damage taken% penalty from the Mercenary realm rank 5 Dissolute Swings has been increased from 10% to 25% extra damage taken from all sources.

RANGER
 
  • Rangers have been given a forced realm respec.
  • Mastery of Stealth is once again a trainable realm ability and is no longer granted for free.

REAVER
 
  • The power heal effect attached to their acuity debuff line of spells has been reduced as follows:
    • Surge of Mana – 30% group-power heal reduced to 10%.
    • Wave of Mana – 20% self-power heal reduced to 5%.
      • Wave of Mana is now attached to all level 35 and below versions of the acuity debuff instead of Surge of Mana.

SCOUT
 
  • Scouts have been given a forced realm respec.
  • Mastery of Stealth is once again a trainable realm ability and is no longer granted for free.

SKALD
 
  • The War Howl direct damage line of spells once again heal power pool when used but the power heal values have been reduced as follows:
    • Surge of Mana – 30% group-power heal reduced to 10%.
    • Wave of Mana – 20% self-power heal reduced to 5%.
      • Wave of Mana is now attached to all level 34 and below instant DDs in the War Howl line of spells instead of Surge of Mana.

SPIRITMASTER
 

Suppression Specialization

  • A new single-target direct damage + spirit debuff line of spells has been added at the following levels and values:
    • Level 5 – Spirit Dissipation – 29 spirit damage + 10% spirit debuff – 2.8s – 1500 range – 4 power – 8s duration
    • Level 11 – Spirit Dispersal – 50 spirit damage + 10% spirit debuff – 2.8s – 1500 range – 8 power – 8s duration
    • Level 17 – Spirit Blast – 73 spirit damage + 10% spirit debuff – 2.8s – 1500 range – 10 power – 8s duration
    • Level 22 – Spirit Explosion – 95 spirit damage + 10% spirit debuff – 2.8s – 1500 range – 13 power – 8s duration
    • Level 28 – Spirit Banish – 116 spirit damage + 10% spirit debuff – 2.8s – 1500 range – 16 power – 8s duration
    • Level 35 – Spirit Destruction – 145 spirit damage + 10% spirit debuff – 2.8s – 1500 range – 19 power – 8s duration
    • Level 42 – Spirit Annihilation – 173 spirit damage + 10% spirit debuff – 2.8s – 1500 range – 25 power – 8s duration
    • Level 47 – Spirit Obliteration – 199 spirit damage + 10% spirit debuff – 2.8s – 1500 range – 29 power – 8s duration
  • The level 11 and level 17 health transfer abilities have been removed to accommodate this change.
