World


Bug Fixes


  • Certain realm and class ability re-use timers will no longer refresh after zoning or re-logging.
  • Fixed a crash involved with the training window.
  • Fixed an issue where archery shots would sometimes cause enemies to lose their target and lose /stick of the archer who fired the shot.
  • Fixed an issue with archery shot animations so that they appear correctly to other clients.
  • Pets should no longer steal the deathblow stat from their owners.
  • Agony Transmission will no longer fire twice on targets.
  • The following classes will receive a forced skill respec to address several inconsistencies in their style lines that were fixed via Hot Fix after 1.121:

    • Blademaster
    • Hunter
    • Infiltrator
    • Mercenary
    • Nightshade

Changes


Crafting


  • Siege tower recipes are now properly available at 200 siegecraft skill.
  • Catapult recipes should now require the correct amount of wood as stated in their delves.
  • The Toxic Bolt ingredient “distilled wasp venom” can now be found on general/siege merchants found in each realm’s Portal Keep, Relic Town, and on other siegecraft supply merchants throughout the world.
  • NOTE: There are no plans to lower the siegecrafting titles to reflect the lowered skill caps. This is a reward to players who spent the time to max out siegecrafting prior to 1.121.
  • Rare alchemy components have had their drop rates significantly increased throughout the world.

 Resource Crates


  • The crates now have a small chance to drop a fully-crafted potion:
    • Draught of Omni-Healing
    • Draught of Omni-Regen
    • Draught of Tenacity
    • Draught of Restoration
    • Draught of Celerity
    • Draught of Heroism
    • Draught of Supremacy
  • The crates now have a chance to drop anywhere from 1 to 5 rare alchemy components instead of only 1.
  • All crates will now drop two total items, from the following, instead of only one:
    • Silver keep key
    • Gold keep key
    • Rare Alchemy component
    • 100 boards
    • Otherworldly Essence potion components
    • Otherworldly Ore legendary weapon component
    • Fully crafted potion (listed above)

Banelord


  • The Health/Power/Endurance cost to the user of Agony Transmission has been increased from 60% to 75%.


 Archers

Stealth specialization

  • A new ability, Heightened Awareness, has been added at 30 stealth specialization with the following level and value:
    • Heightened Awareness – 20 minute duration buff that pulses a 6s duration – 5s pulse frequency – Group-targeted – 10% stealth detection bonus – Does not affect Archers, Assassins, or Minstrels.

 
Assassins

Envenom specialization

  • Damage-over-Time Poison
    • Level 45 – Insidious Lethal Venom – Damage decreased to 68, down from 72 on the first DoT. Damage decreased to 43, down from 46 on the second DoT.
    • Level 50 – Lifebane – Damage decreased to 82, down from 88 on the first DoT. Damage decreased to 50, down from 55 on the second DoT.
  • Stat-Debuff Poison
    • The values on the Constitution debuff decreased by 50%. The values on the level 37 and level 47 Strength/Dexterity debuffs have been slightly reduced. The new values are as follows:
    • Level 7 – Weakening Poison
      • 6 Constitution
    • Level 17 – Inhibiting Poison
      • 12 Constitution
    • Level 27 – Enervating Poison
      • 15 Constitution
    • Level 37 – Unnerving Poison
      • 20 Constitution
      • 40 Strength and Dexterity
    • Level 47 – Touch of Death
      • 30 Constitution
      • 55 Strength and Dexterity
    • Weaponskill debuff values remain unchanged at all levels.
  • Mesmerize Poison
    • Level 46 – Tranquilizing Miasma – Duration decreased to 10 seconds, down from 15 seconds.

Critical Strike specialization

  • Neck Shot – Damage changed from Very High to Medium.
  • Rib Shot – Damage changed from Very High to Medium.
  • Hip Shot – Damage changed from Very High to Medium.
  • NOTE: Damage on these styles is still Very High on withered targets but they are now more in-line with other anytime styles on non-withered targets.

Stealth specialization

  • A new ability, Heightened Awareness, has been added at 45 stealth specialization with the following values:
    • Heightened Awareness – 20 minute duration buff that pulses a 6s duration – 5s pulse frequency – Group-targeted – 10% stealth detection bonus – Does not affect Archers, Assassins, or Minstrels.

Bainshee


  • Bainshees will receive a forced skill respec to accommodate the changes below.
  • The pulsing AoE nearsight has returned to the Ethereal Shriek specialization at the following levels:
    • Level 2 – Vanquish Sight – 2.0 sec cast – 1800 range – 200 radius – 4 power (+2/tick)
    • Level 12 – Abolish Sight – 2.0 sec cast – 1850 range – 250 radius – 7 power (+5/tick)
    • Level 22 – Eliminate Sight – 2.0 sec cast - 1900 range – 300 radius – 12 power (+7/tick)
    • Level 32 – Purge Sight – 2.0 sec cast – 1950 range – 350 radius – 16 power (+9/tick)
    • Level 42 – Expel Sight – 2.0 sec cast – 2000 range – 400 radius – 20 power (+12/tick)
  • The following spells were removed from Phantasmal Wail specialization but were not correctly noted in the 1.121 patch notes:
    • Befriend
    • PBAoE Acuity shear
    • Fear

Champion


  • The level 47 secondary resistance buff, Against the Odds, will no longer overwrite item charges that provide a longer lasting effect.

Friar


  • The Friar has been given a forced skill respec to accommodate the changes below.

Enhancement Specialization has received an overhaul.

  • The group endurance reduction spell has been changed to a pulse. It is now scaled at the following levels and values:
    • Level 2 – Saint’s Resolve – Instant – 1500 range – 8s RUT – 10% power – Reduces endurance consumption by 5%.
    • Level 12 – Saint’s Energy – Instant – 1500 range – 8s RUT – 10% power – Reduces endurance consumption by 10%.
    • Level 22 – Saint’s Stamina – Instant – 1500 range – 8s RUT – 10% power – Reduces endurance consumption by 15%.
    • Level 32 – Saint’s Persistence – Instant – 1500 range – 8s RUT – 10% power – Reduces endurance consumption by 20%.
    • Level 42 – Saint’s Tenacity – Instant – 1500 range – 8s RUT – 10% power – Reduces endurance consumption by 25%.
  • The instant Taunt spells have moved in the specialization line as follows:
    • Level 23 – Inflame
    • All other levels removed.
  • The group elemental resistance pulse has moved to the following levels. Their values remain unchanged:
    • Level 13 – Golestandt’s Fire
    • Level 31 – Golestandt’s Breath
    • Level 43 – Golestandt’s Heart
  • The self-haste buff has changed to a group-wide haste buff at the following levels and values:
    • Level 4 – Speed of the Angel – Instant – 500 range – 30s duration – 60s RUT – 20% power – Increases combat speed by 10%.
    • Level 14 – Alacrity of the Angel – Instant – 500 range – 30s duration – 60s RUT – 20% power – Increases combat speed by 13%.
    • Level 24 – Haste of the Archangel – Instant – 500 range – 30s duration – 60s RUT – 20% power – Increases combat speed by 20%.
    • Level 34 – Alacrity of the Archangel – Instant – 500 range – 30s duration – 60s RUT – 20% power – Increases combat speed by 25%.
    • Level 44 – Alacrity of the Heavenly Host Angel – Instant – 500 range – 30s duration – 60s RUT – 20% power – Increases combat speed by 30%.
  • The self Dex/Qui buff has moved to the following levels. The values remain unchanged:
    • Level 5 – Readiness
    • Level 15 – Agility
    • Level 25 – Precision
    • Level 35 – Gracefulness
    • Level 45 – Fluidity
  • The concentration based single target haste buff has moved to the following levels. Values remain unchanged:
    • Level 6 – Imbue Lesser Haste
    • Level 16 – Imbue Greater Haste
    • Level 26 – Imbue Lesser Alacrity
    • Level 36 – Imbue Alacrity
    • Level 46 – Imbue Greater Alacrity
  • A new parry increase self-buff has been added with a linked abs buff to the following levels and values:
    • Level 7 – Novice Staffman – 3.0s cast – 20m duration – 10% power – Increases your chance to parry by 2%, increases abs by 3%.
    • Level 17 – Apprentice Staffman – 3.0s cast – 20m duration – 10% power – Increases your chance to parry by 4%, increases abs by 6%.
    • Level 27 – Expert Staffman – 3.0s cast – 20m duration – 10% power – Increases your chance to parry by 6%, increases abs by 9%.
    • Level 37 – Master Staffman – 3.0s cast – 20m duration – 10% power – Increases your chance to parry by 8%, increases abs by 12%.
    • Level 47 – Grandmaster Staffman – 3.0s cast – 20m duration – 10% power – Increases your chance to parry by 10%, increases abs by 15%.
  • The group defensive heal proc has moved to the following levels. Values remain unchanged:
    • Level 9 – Protection from Fear
    • Level 19 – Protection from Doubt
    • Level 29 – Protection from Anarchy
    • Level 39 – Protection from Idleness
    • Level 49 – Protection from Heresy
  • A new group evasion increase buff has been added:
    • Level 20 – Sharpness – Instant – 20s duration – 60s RUT – 200 range – 15% power – Increases your and all nearby allies’ chance to evade by 15%.
  • A new self-protection buff has been added:
    • Level 30 – Meditation – Instant – 5s duration – 3m RUT – 0 power – Reduces all damage taken by 50% and heals 5% of your health, power, and endurance every second for 5 seconds. You cannot move, attack, or cast spells while meditating and doing so will end the effect. This cannot be increased by the spell duration bonus and is always a maximum of 5 seconds.
  • A new group protection buff has been added:
    • Level 50 – Tranquility – Instant – 10s duration – 10m RUT – 1500 range – 25% power – Reduces all damage taken by your group by 15% and restores their health, power, and endurance by 5% every second for 10 seconds. You must be in a group to cast this spell. This spell does not affect yourself.
  • The self-endurance regeneration pulse has moved to level 3 Enhancement specialization.
  • The stand-alone ABS self-buff has been removed.
  • The Spec AF self-buff has been removed.
  • The offensive heal proc self-buff has been removed.

Staff specialization has received an overhaul.

  • Level 1 – Spinning Staff – Anytime – Low Endurance – Low Damage – No Offensive Bonus – No Defensive Bonus – Bleed 3 damage every 4 seconds for 20 seconds.
  • Level 4 – Jabbing Staff – Spinning Staff Followup – Medium Endurance – Medium Damage – Low Offensive Bonus – Low Defensive Bonus – Heals you for 10 HP.
  • Level 8 – Defender’s Fury – Parry – Medium Endurance – High Damage – Low Offensive Bonus – Medium Defensive Bonus – Target’s attack speed is reduced by 20% for 20 seconds.
  • Level 10 – Quick Strike – Taunt – Unchanged.
  • Level 12 – Friar’s Redress – Detaunt – Unchanged.
  • Level 15 – Double Strike – Side – Low Endurance – High Damage – Medium Offensive Bonus – Low Defensive Bonus – Target is stunned for 5 seconds.
  • Level 18 – Friar’s Friend – Back – High Endurance – Medium Damage – Medium Offensive Bonus – No Defensive Bonus – Snares the target by 40% for 27 seconds.
  • Level 25 – Counter Evade – Evade – Medium Endurance – High Damage – Medium Offensive Bonus – Low Defensive Bonus – Increases your attack speed by 20% for 15 seconds.
  • Level 29 – Banish – Double Strike Followup – Very High Endurance – High Damage – Medium Offensive Bonus – No Defensive Bonus – Does 175 spirit damage in a 350 radius around the target.
  • Level 34 – Holy Staff – Anytime – High Endurance – Medium Damage – Low Offensive Bonus – Low Defensive Bonus – The group regenerates 50 health every 2 seconds for 10 seconds.
  • Level 39 – Friar’s Fury – Defender’s Fury Followup – Very High Endurance – High Damage – Medium Offensive Bonus – Medium Defensive Bonus – Stuns the target for 8 seconds.
  • Level 44 – Figure Eight – Counter Evade Followup – High Endurance – Very High Damage – High Offensive Bonus – Low Defensive Bonus – Increases your staff weaponskill by 10%.
  • Level 50 – Excommunicate – Holy Staff Followup – High Endurance – Low Damage – Low Offensive Bonus – You do 30 additional spirit damage to the target and restore 125 health to your group.

Hunter


  • The combat speed buff on Point Blank Shot has changed as follows:
    • Level 30 – Point Blank Shot 2 – Combat Speed reduced to 25%, down from 30%.
    • Level 40 – Point Blank Shot 3 – Combat speed reduced to 29%, down from 39%.

Reaver


  • Circle of Despair has changed as follows:
    • Maximum target count reduced to 8, down from 16.
    • Damage changed from 5% to 25.
  • The new instant direct damage shouts have had their damage type changed from Spirit to Cold. The spells adjusted are:
    • Level 1 – Soul Wench
    • Level 12 – Soul Rot
    • Level 18 – Soul Decay
    • Level 24 – Soul Toxin
    • Level 35 – Soul Venom
    • Level 49 – Soul Bane
  • The energy resistance debuffs have changed as follows:
    • All levels: the RUT has been increased to 30 seconds, up from 5 seconds.
    • The level 40 debuff, Energy Void, has been decreased to 40%, down from 50%.

Savage

Savagery specialization

  • Only the highest level version of the endurance heal spells will appear in their spell list now.
  • The health cost of the endurance heal buffs has been increased as follows:
    • Level 20 – Kelgor’s Gift – 5% to 10% health
    • Level 29 – Kegor’s Boon – 10% to 15% health
    • Level 41 – Kelgor’s Reward – 15% to 20% health
  • The health cost of the evasion self-buffs has been increased as follows:
    • Level 2 – Swiftness of Kelgor – 2% to 4% health
    • Level 10 – Alacrity of Kelgor – 3% to 5% health
    • Level 19 – Speed of Kelgor – 3% to 6% health
    • Level 28 – Fleetness of Kelgor – 4% to 7% health
    • Level 37 – Quickness of Kelgor – 4% to 8% health
    • Level 45 – Evasion of Kelgor – 5% to 10% health

Hand to Hand specialization

  • Level 8 – Clan’s Call – Rear positional – stun effect reduced from 5s to 4s duration.
  • Level 18 – Clan’s Might – Clan’s Call follow-up – snare effect removed.

Shadowblade


  • The RR5 ability, Blooddrinking, now heals 45% of damage dealt instead of 60%, the duration remains 15s.

Shaman


  • Shamans will receive a forced skill respec to accommodate the change below.
  • The level 28 single target acuity shear, Acuity Cut, is once again back in Augmentation spec.

Valewalker


  • The spirit resistance debuffs have changed as follows:
    • All levels: the RUT has been increased to 30 seconds, up from 5 seconds.
    • The level 40 debuff, Energy Void, has been decreased to 40%, down from 50%.

Valkyrie


  • The body resistance debuffs have changed as follows:
    • All levels: the RUT has been increased to 30 seconds, up from 5 seconds.
    • The level 40 debuff, Bolster Spellcaster, has been decreased to 40%, down from 50%.
