General
  • The Midgard Axe style, Havoc, has been given a medium to-hit bonus instead of low.
 
 
Items

The following Friar Staff weapons have had their swing speed lowered as follows:
  • Benthic Quarterstaff from 5.8 to 5.3s
  • Pyroclasmic Quarterstaff from 5.8 to 5.3s
  • Tempestuous Quarterstaff from 5.8 to 5.3s
  • Lithic Quarterstaff from 5.8 to 5.3s
 
 
Assassins

Hemorrhage has been renamed back to Viper and once again affects poisons; its delves have been reduced as follows:
  • Level 1 – Increases poison damage by 10%
  • Level 2 – Increases poison damage by 25%
  • Level 3 – Increases poison damage by 35%
  • Level 4 – Increases poison damage by 50%
  • Level 5 – Increases poison damage by 75%
 
Toxic Direct Damage poisons are now Absorb Debuff poisons as follows:
  •     Level 9 - Minor Toxic Poison - 3% Melee DPS debuff - 20s duration
  •     Level 14 - Lesser Toxic Poison - 5% Melee DPS debuff - 20s duration
  •     Level 19 - Toxic Poison - 7% Melee DPS debuff - 20s duration
  •     Level 24 - Major Toxic Poison - 9% Melee DPS debuff - 20s duration
  •     Level 29 - Greater Toxic Poison - 11% Melee DPS debuff - 20s duration
  •     Level 34 - Minor Toxic Venom - 13% Melee DPS debuff - 20s duration
  •     Level 39 - Lesser Toxic Venom - 15% Melee DPS debuff - 20s duration
  •     Level 44 - Major Toxic Venom - 17% Melee DPS debuff - 20s duration

The following Critical Strike specialization styles have been changed as follows:
  • Fixed an issue with Hamstring, Thigh Cut, and Rib Separation not showing their effects.
  • Achilles Heel now costs less endurance.
  • Rib Separation now has a high to-hit bonus and costs less endurance.
  • Ripper now has a high to-hit bonus and costs less endurance.
  • Incapacitate now has a high to-hit bonus and costs less endurance.
  • Neck Shot now has a very high to-hit bonus and costs less endurance. This style has a new animation.
  • Rib Shot now has a very high to-hit bonus and costs less endurance. This style has a new animation.
  • Hip Shot now has a very high to-hit bonus and costs less endurance. This style has a new animation.
 
The Infiltrator, Nightshade, and Shadowblade have been given a forced full skill and RA respecialization.
 
 
 
Animist

Added a normal casting single-target Armor Factor Debuff spell into the Undergrowth Mastery specialization at the following values and levels:
  • Lvl 30 - Spoil Armor - 75 AF Debuff - 3.5s cast - 20s duration - 19 power
  • Lvl 39 - Decompose Armor - 125 AF Debuff - 3.5s cast - 20s duration - 25 power
  • Lvl 49 - Decay Armor - 175 AF Debuff - 3.5s cast - 20s duration - 33 power
 
The Absorb Debuff line of spells in the Undergrowth Mastery specialization have been removed.
 
The Animist has been given a forced full respecialization.
 
 
Friar

Friar's celerity group buff has been removed.
 
The duration of the new confuse spell has been lowered from 60s to 15s.

Champion

Champion's celerity chant has been removed.
 
Champions have been given a single target instant acuity debuff in Valor specialization as follows:
  • Level 8 – Dazing – 21 Acuity Debuff – instant cast – 1000 range – 5 power – 20s re-use – 60s duration
  • Level 17 –Major Dazing – 33 Acuity Debuff – instant cast – 1000 range – 11 power – 20s re-use – 60s duration
  • Level 24 – Greater Dazing – 43 Acuity Debuff – instant cast – 1000 range – 16 power – 20s re-use – 60s duration
  • Level 33 – Superior Dazing – 58 Acuity Debuff – instant cast – 1000 range – 22 power – 20s re-use – 60s duration
  • Level 45 – Ultimate Dazing – 69 Acuity Debuff – instant cast – 1000 range – 29 power – 20s re-use – 60s duration
 
Champions now receive the Pin style in Shield Specialization as follows:

Eldritch

Lowered the Energy resistance debuff in the Void Mastery specialization from level 39 to 35.
 
Raised the Spirit resistance debuff in the Void Mastery specialization from level 35 to 36.

Enchanter

Lowered the Heat resistance debuff in the Empowering specialization from level 49 to 45.
 
Lowered the Heat resistance debuff in the Empowering specialization from level 36 to 35.

  • Level 6 - Radiant Glint - 7% ABS Debuff - instant cast - 1500 range - 8 power - 8s re-use - 20s duration

Fixed a bug with the new level 20 NS cure being overwritten when training certain spells.
 
Fixed a bug with the Level 40 Pure Celerity spell displaying as level 44.
 
Granted a 2.5s cast, 15s duration, 1500 range Confuse spell at 35 Mending specialization.
 
The Healer has been given a forced full respecialization.
 
 
 
Mauler

Increased the delves of the self Constitution buff in Aura Manipulation baseline as follows:
  • Level 5 - Minor Stamina of the Uruz - +17 constitution - 1 power - 15m duration - 3s cast
  • Level 11 - Lesser Stamina of the Uruz - +24 constitution - 3 power - 15m duration - 3s cast
  • Level 15 - Stamina of the Uruz - +33 constitution - 5 power - 15m duration - 3s cast
  • Level 24 - Endurance of the Uruz - +44 constitution - 8 power - 15m duration - 3s cast
  • Level 33 - Fortitude of the Uruz - +57 constitution - 13 power - 15m duration - 3s cast
  • Level 43 - Vitality of the Uruz - +70 constitution - 16 power - 15m duration - 3s cast
 
Increased the scaling of the self Absorb Buff in Aura Manipulation specialization as follows:
  • Level 12 - Discipline of Laresh - from 15 to 18 abs
  • Level 22 - Major Discipline of Laresh - from 18 to 21 abs
  • Level 32 - Greater Discipline of Laresh - from 22 to 25 abs
  • Level 42 - Superior Discipline of Laresh - from 27 to 29 abs
  • Level 47 - Perfect Discipline of Laresh - remains 33 abs
 
Fixed a bug with Irreverant Gesture not having a recast timer.

 

The following changes have been made to Mauler Staff styles:
  • Level 44 - Forging Blow - 135 DD (Matter) - 35% of DD damage is returned as power to the Mauler - now follows Percussion
  • Level 50 - Tempered Strike - 40% snare - 15s - now follows Rescue
 
The Mauler has been given a forced full respecialization.
 
 
 
Mentalist

The Mentalism specialization DD/Heal spells have had their Heal component removed.

 

The Energy Resistance Debuff component of the Mentalist's Nearsight spells has had its duration increased from 8s to 15s.
 
 
Mercenary

The Dual Wield specialization has been changed as follows:
  • The level 29 side style, Flank, has been moved to level 15. Its snare effect remains the same.
  • The level 15 anytime style, Misty Gloom, has been moved to level 29. Misty Gloom now follows the Flank style, has had its endurance cost reduced, and been given a 26 damage bleed effect. Its damage has been increased greatly.
  • The level 39 followup style, Shadow’s Rain, is now a side positional attack. It now has a 5s stun effect instead of a 26 damage bleed. Its damage has been reduced slightly.
 
The Mercenary has been given a forced full respecialization.
 
 
Nightshade

The Nightshade Realm Rank 5 ability, Shadow Shroud, has had its values reduced from 15% damage reduction and 15% chance to be missed down to 10% for both.

 

The Nightshade has been given a forced full skill and RA respecialization.
 
 
Paladin

The group endurance chant has been changed to a 20 minute duration group buff that only works within 2000 range of the Paladin who casted it. This buff cannot be interrupted and can now be cast on the move.
 
The following spells have been added to the Chants specialization:
  • Level 30 - Cure of the Righteous - instant cast - Cures Poison - 350 pbaoe radius - 10% power - 45s recast
  • Level 40 - Cure of the Virtuous - instant cast - Cures Disease - 350 pbaoe radius - 20% power - 45s recast
  • Level 50 - Cure of the Faithful - instant cast - Cures All (Poison, Disease, Nearsight) - 350 pbaoe radius - 30% power - 45s recast
 
The Paladin has been given a forced full respecialization.
 
 
Ranger

The Damage Table of the Celtic Dual, Piercing, and Blades weapon lines have been increased slightly.

 

Fixed an issue with Frozen Comet incorrectly displaying as a level 42 style in the style list.

 

The Ranger has been given a forced full respecialization.

 
 
Reaver

 

The Reaver's instant DD has been changed back to a lifedrain, but keeps its new 1500 range and 20s recast.
 
Reavers have been given the style Pin at level 40 Shield specialization:
  • Level 40 – Pin – Anytime – Low Endurance – Very Low Damage – 70% Snare, 6s duration
 
Reavers have been given an instant single target Acuity debuff in the Soulrending specialization as follows:
  • Level 6 – Arawn’s Minor Curse – 21 Acuity Debuff – instant cast – 1000 range - 5 power – 20s re-use – 60s duration
  • Level 14 – Arawn’s Lesser Curse – 33 Acuity Debuff – instant cast – 1000 range - 11 power – 20s re-use – 60s duration
  • Level 24 – Arawn’s Curse – 43 Acuity Debuff – instant cast – 1000 range - 16 power – 20s re-use – 60s duration
  • Level 35 – Arawn’s Major Curse – 58 Acuity Debuff – instant cast – 1000 range - 22 power – 20s re-use – 60s duration

The level 44 Flexible weapon style, Cobra, has had its Direct Damage proc increased from 130 to 153 damage and its damage type changed from Heat to Spirit.

Runemaster

Lowered the Cold resistance debuff in the Runecarving specialization from level 48 to 45.

 

Raised the Heat resistance debuff in the Runecarving specialization from level 45 to 48.

 

Lowered the Cold resistance debuff in the Runecarving specialization from level 36 to 35.

 

Raised the GTAOE spell from level in the Runecarving specialization 35 to 36.

 

Runemasters have been given an Absorb Debuff in the Suppression specialization as follows:
  • Level 6 - Rune of Sapping - 7% ABS Debuff - instant cast - 1500 range - 8 power - 8s re-use - 20s duration
  • Level 15 - Rune of Weakening - 9% ABS Debuff - instant cast - 1500 range - 13 power - 8s re-use - 20s duration
  • Level 28 - Rune of Depleting - 11% ABS Debuff - instant cast - 1500 range - 18 power - 8s re-use - 20s duration
  • Level 38 - Rune of Diminishing - 13% ABS Debuff - instant cast - 1500 range - 23 power - 8s re-use - 20s duration

  • Level 24 – Greater Bewildering – 43 Acuity Debuff – instant cast – 1000 range – 16 power – 20s re-use – 60s duration
  • Level 33 – Superior Bewildering – 58 Acuity Debuff – instant cast – 1000 range – 22 power – 20s re-use – 60s duration

The Damage Add/Celerity song has had its celerity values reverted back to what they were prior to 1.114B:
  • Level 21 - Chant of the Battle - 6% to 3% celerity

  • Level 35 - Chant of the War - 15% to 10% celerity
  • Level 46 - Chant of Blood - 20% to 15% celerity
 
A Root-Dampening self-buff has been given to Skalds. This new root dampening spell affects root and snare spells but does not affect melee snares/hinders. It has been added to the Battlesongs Specialization as follows:
  • Level 16 - Hum of Resolve - 10% Root Dampening Buff
  • Level 26 - Hum of Purpose - 20% Root Dampening Buff
  • Level 37 - Hum of Intrepidity - 30% Root Dampening Buff
  • Level 47 - Hum of Determination - 40% Root Dampening Buff
 
The Skald has been given a forced full respecialization.
 
 
Shaman

The single target concentration and group endurance chant buffs have had their range increased from 1500 to 2000.

 

Fixed several issues with some of their resist debuffs displaying as the wrong level in their spell list.

 

The Shaman has been given a forced full respecialization.
 
 
Warden

The duration of the new confuse spell has been lowered from 60s to 15s.
 
  • The Damage Add/Celerity chant has had its celerity values reverted back to what they were prior to 1.114B:
  • Level 19 - Nature's Retaliation - 6% to 3% celerity
  • Level 25 - Nature's Retribution - 10% to 6% celerity
  • Level 35 - Nature's Feud - 15% to 10% celerity
  • Level 44 - Nature's Reckoning - 20% to 15% celerity
 
 
Warlock

Reduced Warlock Primer recast timers from 5 seconds to 1 second.

 

Primers can no longer be changed while in the process of casting a spell.

 

Warlock Chambers can now be unloaded while moving. Loading chambers still requires the player to stand still.

 

Added a secondary single-target Damage over Time spell into the Witchcraft specialization at the following values and levels:
  • Lvl 4 – Infernal Cut – 8 damage (Matter) – 3.0s cast – 2s ticks – 12s duration – 0 power cost
  • Lvl 9 – Infernal Sore – 17 damage (Matter) – 3.0s cast – 2s ticks – 12s duration – 0 power cost
  • Lvl 14 – Infernal Eruption – 24 damage (Matter) – 3.0s cast – 2s ticks – 12s duration – 0 power cost
  • Lvl 20 – Infernal Rot – 36 damage (Matter) – 3.0s cast – 2s ticks – 12s duration – 0 power cost

Fixed an issue with the Greater Spell of Absorption not working correctly in the Witchcraft specialization.

 

Found and removed 2 old primary healing spells that were accidentally left in the Witchcraft specialization.

 

Reduced power cost on the Range primer from 15% to 5% in the Cursing Specialization.

 

Reduced power cost on the UI primer in the Hexing specialization as follows:
  • Lvl 2 - Steady Cast - Instant cast - 25% power - 40% reduced effectiveness
  • Lvl 12 - Solid Cast - Instant cast - 20% power - 35% reduced effectiveness
  • Lvl 22 - Fixed Cast - Instant cast - 15% power - 30% reduced effectiveness
  • Lvl 29 - Fortified Cast - Instant cast - 12% power - 25% reduced effectiveness
  • Lvl 38 - Anchored Cast - Instant cast - 10% power - 20% reduced effectiveness
  • Lvl 48 - Unshakeable Cast - Instant cast - 7% power - 10% reduced effectiveness
 
Fixed an issue with Cursing specialization secondary bolts being able to be cast more than once per recast timer.

 

The Warlock RR5, Boiling Cauldron, is now on a 10 minute reuse timer instead of 15.

 

The level 50 Lifetap in Hexing specialization has been moved down to level 47.

 

An instant Constitution stat Debuff has been added to Hexing specialization as follows:
  • Level 7 - Sap Vigor - 19 con (Matter) - 5s recast - 30s duration - 6 power
  • Level 17 - Subvert Vigor - 24 con (Matter) - 5s recast - 30s duration - 9 power
  • Level 25 - Exhaust Vigor - 28 con (Matter) - 5s recast - 30s duration - 11 power
  • Level 32 - Sap Vitality - 34 con (Matter) - 5s recast - 30s duration - 14 power
  • Level 39 - Subvert Vitality - 39 con (Matter) - 5s recast - 30s duration - 18 power

The Damage and Debuff spells in the Liquification specialization have had their delves increased as follows:

  • Level 12 – Searing Wind – 52 to 56 damage (Cold)
  • Level 16 – Searing Gust (Minor) – 69 to 77 damage (Cold)
  • Level 21 – Searing Gust – 90 to 99 damage (Cold)
  • Level 27 – Searing Wave (Minor) – 115 to 127 damage (Cold)
  • Level 37 – Searing Wave – 156 to 168 damage (Cold)
  • Level 47 – Searing Blast – 199 to 209 damage (Cold)
 
The Matter Resistance Debuff component of the Wizard's Nearsight spells has had its duration increased from 8s to 15s.
 
 
Vampiir

The fumble debuff spells in the Vampiiric Embrace specialization have had their recast timers increased from 30s to 60s.
