Account and Billing Issues

It's recently come to our attention that during the past week, customers were experiencing intermittent issues when attempting to submit emails to support@darkageofcamelot.com and dispute@darkageofcamelot.com. The result was some Account and Billing support requests not being processed properly.

This issue has been corrected. If any customers required Account or Billing assistance during this time frame, please re-submit your requests so that we may resolve any issues you may be having.
